Job Title: Head Shipper

Bid416 Auction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit accurate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other key metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate the receipt and storage of new shipments.
  • Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
