XTL Logistics Inc is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.



Job Title: Logistics Coordinator



As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports. You will also be responsible for resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. Additionally, you will train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, and coordinate, assign, and review work.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization


Requirements:




  • 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
