We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Glidex Delivery and Janitorial Services. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Organize and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You will also be required to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
