About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team at EllisDon. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating documents for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, catalogue, and distribute all consultant drawings, shop drawings, change notice summaries, submittals, and management software.
  • Manage the project inbox to ensure all documents are filed properly.
  • Manage and coordinate documents with each of the internal/external customers, as required.
  • Track documents using BIM360, Autodesk, and Fieldwire.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deal effectively and professionally with all staff levels within the office and remotely.
  • Knowledge of project documentation and engineering terminology.
  • Experience in various electronic drawing file formats.
  • Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with BIM360, Autodesk, Fieldwire, M365, and/or Sharepoint is an asset.
