We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to support the growth and education of young children in a nurturing environment at beBee Professionals in Okanagan, Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement engaging educational programs and activities tailored to the needs of young children.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and organized learning environment that fosters curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop personalized learning plans and ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized classroom space.
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid certification in Early Childhood Education in Canada.
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
