We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team at Dr. Onunkwo Medicine Professional Corporation. As a Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
- Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
- Advise patients on health care
- Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases to government authorities
- Be the patient advocate
- Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
- Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
