Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in family medicine, with a focus on providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough physical examinations and take detailed medical histories
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the province or territory
- Experience working in a family medicine setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
