Job Title: Help Desk Technician

EASTEND IRON INDUSTRIES LTD. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their computer-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and resolve computer-related issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
