Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at BE Power Equipment. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and send payment requests to vendors
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing and year-end audit
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with accounts payable software and systems
