Accounts Payable Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our accounting team at Braber Equipment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and enter invoices into our ERP system, including GL coding
  • Create, reconcile, and post ACH payments
  • Perform scheduled payment runs and distribute cheques in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain a filing system
  • Communicate with vendors and colleagues
  • Prepare A/P reports and assist with annual audit
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in complex multi-entity and multi-currency environments
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and PO system
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and assist others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Showing initiative and ownership in every aspect of the job
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

  • Competitive salary range: $46,800.00-$52,000.00 per year
