About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at GLITZ SALON & SPA INC. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our salon, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage the salon's finances.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
