About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Patrick Morin inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.

Task Organization and Coordination

Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Operational Logistics Oversight

Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail business environment, specifically in a hardware store setting.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Physical Demands

The successful candidate will be required to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of their job duties.
