About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale: Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
