Job Overview: As a Site Operations Manager at Budget Homes Ltd., you will oversee the on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced General Construction Supervisor who can lead our site operations team and drive project success. Your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day site activities, supervise personnel, and maintain a safe working environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  2. Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  3. Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and subcontractors.
  5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to guarantee high-quality workmanship, inspecting sites regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction teams, to resolve issues and achieve project goals.


Requirements:


  • Education and Experience: A degree in Construction Management or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of relevant licenses and certifications, such as OSHA or First Aid/CPR.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent time management and organizational skills.


What We Offer: In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
