Elite Coaching is expanding, and we need your expertise to help us transform more lives together. As a Personal Training Manager, you will oversee our team of trainers, ensuring they deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve outstanding results.

We're seeking a leader with a proven track record of transformation success, who can combine their passion for personal training with their love of helping others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing systems to manage the team and clients
  • Tracking client results and making adjustments to achieve desired outcomes
  • Recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of our trainers
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong background in personal training, with a focus on client-centric service
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a fitness role
  • Bilingualism in French and English
