About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Training Manager to join our team at Elite Coaching. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the personal training team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of personal trainers to deliver high-quality coaching services to clients
  • Develop and implement effective training programs and protocols to achieve client results
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience and delivery of desired outcomes
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate personal trainers to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Certification as a personal trainer (Charles Poliquin certification is a must)
  • Bilingual in French and English
