Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to identify operational and functional needs.
- Develop detailed specifications of requirements and business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in the design and documentation of business processes and workflows.
- Conduct profitability analyses and feasibility assessments for business initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems by identifying optimization opportunities.
- Provide support and expertise to functional teams during solution implementation.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Considerable professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Practical experience in using data analysis tools and process modeling.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
