Senior Director, IT ERP Product Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ERP systems roadmaps and strategies to drive business value.
  • Manage the company's strategic ERP systems, including configuration and design.
  • Partner with Software Engineering and Project Management Office teams to ensure new capabilities are delivered aligned with the product strategy.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to drive success.
  • Administer the annual budget and control costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate effective conflict management and handle difficult interactions with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Experience managing ERP platforms such as Oracle e-Business Suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies, systems analysis, programming techniques, and design methods.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
  • International travel up to 15% of the time.
