Key Responsibilities

* Support process improvement engagements using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
* Build relationships with stakeholders to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation.
* Translate business challenges into improvement ideas and manage project timelines.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to improve operational efficiency.
* Develop process maps, measure business benefits, and document requirements for initiatives.
* Use automation tools to develop solutions for business challenges and provide ongoing support.
* Promote and support existing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process improvements.
* Prepare and present reports on process improvement initiatives and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

* Post-secondary degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
* 2-5 years of experience managing projects.
* Experience in capturing requirements for technology development is considered an asset.
* Lean or Six Sigma training (Green Belt preferred).
* Proficiency in SQL (required); Python knowledge (or willingness to learn) is an asset.
* PMP Designation is considered an asset.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
* Ability to work in a lean, agile, dynamic environment.
