Intensive Case Manager Substance Use and Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Intensive Case Management Substance Use and Mental Health Support and Recovery Worker. The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary certification in addiction counselling or a diploma in community social services, along with two years of recent experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental health issues.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of chemical dependency and basic knowledge of community resources. Certification in First Aid and CPR (level C) is also required, as well as a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License. Participation in Provincial Violence Training within the first three months of employment is mandatory, and FoodSafe Certification is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
