Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at El Toro Restaurant.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and will be willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained;
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe working environment;
- Evaluate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources;
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth;
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory position;
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction;
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal;
