We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at D.C. Campbell Recycling Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and train staff on duties and policies.
  • Work Coordination and Review: Assign and review work tasks, and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
