Requirements


To be successful as a Food Service Supervisor, you must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to establish work schedules, conduct quality control, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food and ensure a positive customer experience.


Compensation


The estimated annual salary for this position is between $40,000 and $55,000 based on industry standards and location. The compensation package may include additional benefits such as health insurance, paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.


About the Role


This is a permanent full-time position with a 30 to 35 hour work week. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency while providing excellent customer service.
