Salary & Benefits

We offer competitive hourly wages, plus a share of the tip pool (average $3.00-$4.00/hr). Full-time team members are eligible for benefits, including flexible work schedules, discounts on our menu items, and career development opportunities.

Job Description

You will learn the Red Robin style of food preparation, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, salads, and other ingredients. As a line cook or chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with back-of-house cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant environment. Previous experience as a line cook, sauté cook, grill cook, or prep cook is preferred.
