Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, and route goods to appropriate storage areas.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack goods to be shipped, unpack goods received, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including coordinating with suppliers, transportation providers, and other external partners.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
- Language: English (fluency required).
