Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Laviva Healthcare Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Administer benefits programs, including health and dental insurance, and other employee benefits
  • Provide support with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Assist with training and development programs, including scheduling and coordination
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
