At Kyoto Sushi Japanese Restaurant, we pride ourselves on serving high-quality sushi and providing exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to join our team.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, including tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. They will also handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and maintain composure under pressure.
