Job Summary

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, replenishing condiments and supplies, and sanitizing dishes and equipment. You will also assist with packaging take-out food, portioning and wrapping foods, and preparing simple food items.

Responsibilities

- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Package take-out food
- Portion and wrap foods
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have basic security clearance and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable with repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. A client-focused approach, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential for this position. Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and bending, pushing, and pulling heavy objects. You must also be able to work effectively in a cold kitchen environment with exposure to hot ovens, fryers, and dishwashing machinery. We provide all necessary training and safety equipment to ensure your well-being and success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
