Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

CCI Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Calgary or Edmonton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the successful completion of technical pipeline and facility designs, project deliverables, and related documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical designs, conduct calculations, draft documents, and mentor junior engineers in accordance with industry and CCI Inc.'s codes and standards.
  • Provide senior engineering review and expertise on process conditions, P&ID/PFD development, process design, service conditions, requirements, and code standards.
  • Knowledge of piping, valves, metering, pumps, over-pressure protection, process safety, design, code, and regulatory compliance across liquids, gas, and hydrogen services.
  • Assist with the completion of various project deliverables, including engineering calculations, engineered drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
  • Participate in project HAZOP meetings and maintain consistent involvement with Project Managers to ensure overall coverage of projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA and EGBC.
  • 10+ years' experience in a Process P.Eng role.
  • Knowledge in piping codes (CSA, ASME, PRCI, API) and design of gas and liquids pipeline and facility systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
