Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion in our Commercial Financial Services division. As a key member of our Senior Commercial Markets team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of large commercial clients, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver proactive business and financial advice, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including risk management and credit teams.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with external organizations to expand our reach and influence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of commercial banking experience, with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong financial analysis skills and knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations.
  • Experience working with emerging technologies, such as digital banking and mobile applications.
