We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at YewTX Accounting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a professional and efficient manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with office supplies and inventory management, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Provide administrative support to team members, as needed, to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability and a client-focused approach.
