About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at KCLC Properties, ULC. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Work Setting
    • Our hotel, motel, and resort properties are located in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Tasks
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable atmosphere.
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
    • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe and secure.
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Provide basic information on facilities to our guests, ensuring they have a positive experience.
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Repetitive tasks are a part of this role, but we provide regular breaks to ensure your physical and mental well-being.
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
