At North Lake Enterprises LTD, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Estimator Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in construction estimating and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Estimator Specialist to lead our construction estimating efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, creating and submitting estimate reports, quote sheets, and bids forms, and analyzing tenders and recommending awards. You will also be responsible for setting up cost monitoring and reporting systems, monitoring and adjusting contract expenditures, and preparing and maintaining directories of supplies and trade contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • 2 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong background in Class A estimating and quantity take-off procedures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with regular working hours and minimal travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
