Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, data warehousing principles, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (F&O) environment is essential.
This is a three-day onsite role at manager's discretion, commencing with an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the story creation and estimation planning, organization of the project into DevOps, and ensure on-time/on-budget delivery of the reporting MVP scope.
- Lead the team in following agile delivery principles and ensuring project delivery is monitored and progresses unimpeded.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the product owner and document decisions in DevOps.
- Work in a complex multistakeholder environment and facilitate interactions with clients and the project team.
- Manage the product and sprint backlog.
- 5 years of experience leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role.
- Deep understanding of Scrum principles, familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Scrum ceremonies, roles, and artifacts.
- Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps, setting up proper project structure, creating reports, queries, and dashboards.
- Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehouse solutions in the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
- Knowledgeable in data warehouse/lakehouse concepts, understanding of data warehousing principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.
- Project methodology certifications, such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt.
- Scrum/Agile Experience (40 points): 5 years of experience leading technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role; project methodology certifications.
- Data Warehouse/Data Analytics (20 points): Experience leading software development teams in large-scale data warehouse solutions in the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics.
- Dynamics 365 CE and F&O (20 points): Experience leading software development teams in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance and Operations (F&O) environment.
- Azure DevOps (20 points): Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps in setting up proper project structure, creating reports, queries, and dashboards.
