Administrative Team Member

- Education and Qualifications: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required as a minimum qualification for this role.
- Work Experience: Having some experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties including recording meeting minutes, establishing office procedures, and answering phone calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and prepare meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
- Schedule appointments and confirm details to ensure smooth communication.
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information to inform business decisions.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries as needed.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and provide assistance as required.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- The role requires working under tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- The successful candidate must be able to multitask, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility and judgement.
- The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, accurate, client-focused, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively.
- Quick learners who are adaptable to changing circumstances will be highly valued in this role.
