Job Summary

Dual Fabrication & Welding Ltd. is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products surfaces.
  • Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions to ensure thorough cleaning.
  • Sort and categorize metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials for efficient processing.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools to achieve precise results.
  • Clean and maintain machines and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Load and unload vehicles to facilitate the transportation of metal products.
  • Polish metal products to a mirror finish, adhering to quality standards.
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Lifting device operation experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
