Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security protocols are followed.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Security Guard License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Security Supervisor will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and to be able to respond to emergency situations as needed.
