**Job Description: Occupational Therapist**

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. The successful candidate will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and communities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' functional abilities and independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in a community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
