Global License Management Operations and Finance Manager

Deloitte Global is the driving force behind the Deloitte network, delivering strategic programs and services that unite our organization. We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our License Operations and Finance Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a comprehensive budget for global software and cloud service vendors consumed by Deloitte Technology.
- Oversee invoice management, approvals, and mitigation efforts with Deloitte businesses, global finance, and DT teams related to software vendors.
- Provide guidance, report analysis, and counsel to senior leaders on strategic financial decisions involving software cost modeling and investment.
- Act as an advisor to the DT VMO-GLM Director in planning and directing administrative, financial, and operational activities for the VMO Service to member firms.
- Represent the DT VMO-GLM Director in relevant meetings, discussions, and conference calls.
- Promote effective teamwork and manage the resolution of interpersonal issues.
- Create and deliver dashboards, reports, and analysis to member firms and businesses on consumption of vendor software platforms.
- Engage with Procurement, VMO, DT product owners with new software vendors and internal cost model allocations from creation to DT Executive acceptance.
- Support DT VMO-SAM Tools, including ServiceNow SAM Pro and GLM Software Request tool, in the overall software asset lifecycle.
- Translate the implications of emerging technologies and new software into the overall financial plans of Deloitte Technology.
- Minimum of 10 years of IT operations management experience in multiple business, financial, and technical processes.
- Expert problem solver with a strong attention to detail and ability to resolve complex issues.
- Leadership experience in managing large cross-functional teams and influencing people at various levels internally and externally.
- Strong project leadership, people management, and solution-providing skills.
- Strategic, creative thinker with good business judgment and ability to generate possible solutions.
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to craft clear and effective messages.
- Proven financial reporting and budget & forecasting management experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI Analytics, and SAP ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of various licensing models, vendor maintenance programs, cloud computing solutions, and IT Asset Management (ITAM) standards.
