Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.


  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.


  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.


  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure seamless service.


  • Perform sensory evaluation of wines and make recommendations to customers.


  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of food and beverages.




Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • Previous experience in food service industry preferred.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.


  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.


  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
