We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmology Theatre Leader to join our team at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have experience in anaesthetics and/or surgery and/or recovery, with a proven track record of leading teams and mentoring staff.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the skilled care of patients within their theatre specialty, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of patient care.
- Provide direct support to clinicians and patients as required.
- Contribute to the management of the specialty by acting as a professional role model and leading a team.
We are looking for an individual with:
- RN or RODP qualification.
- Mentorship or teaching and assessing qualification.
- Post-registration qualification/module in anaesthetics and/or surgery and/or recovery and/or HDU.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £37,338 to £44,962 per annum (plus 5% fringe benefit).
