Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within the Tech Vendor Management program. The ideal candidate will ensure that these projects are aligned, integrated, and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Alignment: Define project goals by clearly articulating overall objectives and desired outcomes of the program.
  • Develop Project Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy outlining the approach, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Align Projects: Ensure individual projects are aligned with the program's strategic goals.
  • Program Management and Execution: Develop a detailed program plan including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks impacting the program's success.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues arising during the program's execution.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the program scope, timeline, or resources.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and executives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track progress, measure performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the program budget.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates on the program's progress to stakeholders and analyze performance data to identify trends and insights.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, business administration, or project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, handling multiple projects within a program, and executing them efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analyzing complex issues, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Organizational skills, managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to project success.
  • Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
About the Role
