About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at Pattison Agriculture. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and diagnose equipment to identify areas for repair and maintenance
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on small tractors, small-powered equipment, and tow-behind equipment
  • Apply specialized tools and cutting-edge technology to diagnose and complete complex repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities as per documented schedules and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge of Turf and John Deere agriculture products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and capabilities

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with small engine equipment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, power-trains, and air-conditioning systems
  • Experience with John Deere and competitive products is an asset
