About the Role

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spiritual Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular religious services and ceremonies
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education
  • Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with other team members to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Confidential security clearance

Work Environment
