Job Title: Chaplain

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified Chaplain to join our team. As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual guidance and support to our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular religious services and ceremonies
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education
  • Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to individuals and groups
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Confidential security clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
