Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our store team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Work collaboratively with the District Manager and store team to achieve revenue goals, drive sales growth, and improve profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of daily store operations, including managing labour schedules, inventory levels, and visual merchandising standards.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and engaging customer experience by interacting with customers on the sales floor, observing shopping behaviors, and providing personalized assistance.
- People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing store team by sourcing, hiring, training, and developing staff members.
- Experience: 3-5 years as a retail manager, supervising and leading people, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Education: Post-secondary certificate in business or related field an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to lift 50lbs or more, POS and cash handling experience, and strong analytical skills.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
