Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security Group Ltd.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Security Guard License
- Criminal record check
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
