Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our Clinique department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business metrics to develop action plans that address opportunities and positively impact the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work with vendors to maximize sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Act with customers in mind, providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales or management role in the cosmetics industry.
  • Knowledge of skin and body care treatments.
  • Certified Make-up Artist.
  • Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.
