Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel By Wyndham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional dining experience.
- Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate records to ensure the financial success of the restaurant.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
