We are looking for a Help Desk Professional who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to applications and equipment, and communicating with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including collecting and analyzing customer data, performing problem diagnosis and resolution, and sharing knowledge with colleagues. You will also communicate with other departments to ensure that customer requests are met promptly and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong understanding of Windows environments and Microsoft Office 365 suite software. You will also need to have experience in customer service (call centers) in application and accounting support, and a solid knowledge of accounting.
